The Greenery is a lovely fully furnished three bedroom home set in beautifully landscaped gardens. A real home away from home, dog friendly with all the comforts you need for a relaxing escape from the daily grind.

Get cozy in the split level lounge with gas log fire and fabulous views of the area. Keep everybody entertained on comfortable couches with a large TV, Playstation 3 and collection of DVDs and games.

The fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar gives you the freedom to cook as much or as little as you please, opening onto a dining room with table setting for 6. And where better to enjoy a meal than the undercover outdoor area, surrounded by lush gardens and a fish pond.

Perfect for families needing space to sprawl, there are two generous queen size bedrooms, two single beds in the third room, and a fold out double sofa bed in the separate sunroom, as well as extra single mattress and cot mattress with additional linen available upon request. Ducted evaporative cooling keeps the whole house comfortable even on the hottest summer days.

Books, CD’s, DVD’s, linen, cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee, condiments and assorted pantry items provided.

Up to two dogs are welcome to stay for a flat rate $50 charge, because what holiday would be complete without the whole family there to enjoy.

Please note that the price is based on 1 couple using 1 bed, in the event that 2 beds are required please notify upon booking as additional charges apply. Additional beds may not be made on arrival. There is a minimum two night stay on weekends.

Please note the property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. There is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a MasterCard or Visa credit card.

The property offers free parking with a single carport and additional parking located within the property grounds.

Please note that the property does not have a reception. A confirmation email will be sent from Castlemaine Property Group.
Keys are to be collected from the Castlemaine Property Group office located at 56 Mostyn Street, Castlemaine during office hours or from the key safe on the property if arranged prior.

Office hours are:
Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00
Saturday - 08:30 to 14:30

Please inform our office of your expected arrival time. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform Castlemaine Property Group in advance.
If you have made a last minute booking please contact us directly, contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and surrounding yard during their stay, except for rear shed locked for owners use.
